Start by buying a book

Recently I haven't been reading so much. It is something I don't really like because I try to commit to use my free time doing useful things and reading is certainly one of them.

Three weeks ago, I got flu and for some reason I took a break from reading books and start spending more time on social media, especially in the evening, before going to bed.

I usually know how to break these trends and switch back to a more useful routine, and I thought to give you the same advice I felt to give myself: if you don't know where to start or feel like you lack motivation in doing something, just start.

If you want to start reading, buy a book. It doesn't matter which book is it, even though most of us know what the next book should be. Just enter a bookstore and pick one. It doesn't have to be the best book for you in that moment because it's just a means of starting a habit and start reading again.
